Canelé Workshop 12/7

During the workshop, you will learn how to bake canelés and make your own dough to take home. Canelé dough is best refrigerated for one or two nights for the best results, so you can get started again the very next day. I will teach you how to make the dough, how to prepare your baking pan, how to bake, and also how to make your own variations with different flavourings (for example, I love a lavender or Earl Grey canelé).

The workshop costs 99 euros. For this, you get: the workshop, the recipe, canelés of course, drinks, your own dough to take home, baking spray, and a baking pan for 12 canelés (worth 25 euros).

The workshop takes place at Nest Antwerpen, Ten Eekhovelei 85, always at 2 PM.
